Description of the Requirement:
The Service Management Branch on behalf of the Department is proceeding with a Service Desk services Request for Proposals (RFP) to support continuity of business and help ensure delivery of Service Management mission critical responsibilities.

Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Contract Award to March 31, 2017.
