REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
For the provision of portable sanitation services including
chemical toilets, hand wash stations, and grey water containment
in support to various visiting units conducting training at the
Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Suffield,
Ralston, AB
Period of the Standing Offer: 01 May 2013 to 30 April 2014
Option Periods: 01 May 2014 to 30 April 2015 & 01 May 2015 to
30 April 2016
Due to the conditions that the contractor may be faced with at
CFB Suffield, It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for site visit to be held on February 19th, 2012
at CFB Suffield, G4 Building at 10:00am. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than TWO (2)
days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
provide the names and contact information of the person(s) who
will attend.

If the weather and road conditions on the 19th are inclement,
then an alternate date of Thursday February, 21st will be
scheduled for the site visit. Bidders will be informed on
Monday, February 18th if there is any change in date due to the
weather.
Bidders will be asked to provide their driver's license,
insurance and registration at the gate when entering the
premises.
There is a security requirement associated with this
procurement.
