TITLE: Technical Services
Regional Individual Standing Offer for Project Technical
Services throughout Newfoundland and Labrador for Public Works
and Government Services.
Requirement:
To provide Public Works and Government Services, Newfoundland
Division with technical personnel for projects located
throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. The projects will be site
specific and will involve marine, building and/or civil
construction. The locations and level of construction will vary.
All work and personnel requirements will be in accordance with
Annex 'A' Statement of Work.
Due to the nature of the requirement it is desirable that the
contractor maintain an office within the province of
Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Period of Standing Offer is September 1, 2014 to August 31,
2015 with an option to extend for one additional year at
September 1, 2015.
Estimated value of standing offer is: $1,124,350.00 HST
included for one year.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
