Veterans Affairs Canada requires the services of a Contractor to
provide professional photography services at various events in
the National Capital Region on an as and when requested basis
with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
The period of the contract will be for a one year period from
date of contract award, with the option to renew for an
additional two (2), one-year periods.
The proposed Contractor:
a. MUST have taken photos for high profile military, political
and public events in the past three years;
b. MUST have the capacity to communicate electronically with the
project authority; MUST be able to deliver digital photo files
within a 2 hour window;
c. MUST have the ability to transmit photos using at least one
of the following modes of transfer: email, FTP, cloud site or
CD/DVD; and
d. MUST possess the technical and artistic skills required to
produce high quality images of photojournalistic value.
This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
procurement services to the public in both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
