To provide Grass cutting services for the apartment blocks,
common areas, and vacant residential housing units on an as and
when required basis for the Department of National Defence,
Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) , CFB Kingston, Kingston,
Ontario during the period of 01 April 2013 to 31 March 2015,
with the option to extend the contract from 01 April 2015 to 30
November 2015.
It is the intention of PWGSC to issue one (1) contract, for this
requirement to the firm meeting the mandatory criteria listed in
the Solicitation Document and offering the lowest aggregate
price for all the items required

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
