The Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) requires access to a qualified professional firm (“Offeror”) providing translation and editing services.
Through this competitive procurement process, ISC seeks to award two (2) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA). Each SOA will be valid for five (5) years from the date of award with the possibility to extend the period of the Standing Offer by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions.
