The Department of National Defence (DND) Combat Training Centre
(CTC), on behalf of the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical
Engineers School (RCEME School), has a requirement for the
establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for
the supply and delivery of Hydraulic Systems Training
Simulators, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance
with the specifications detailed at Annex A of the Request for
Standing Offer (RFSO) document. Delivery will be to the RCEME
School, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Ontario
The period of the Standing Offer is from date of award to 31
March 2015 with the right to request an extension for three
additional one year periods under the same terms and conditions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
