Pinehouse Lake CAPMoN Site
Work under this contract comprises of the Construction Services
for site foundations, bases, fencing, landscaping, and
electrical for Environment Canada Atmospheric Monitoring Site -
Pinehouse Lake CAPMoN Site, as more fully described in the plans
and specifications, near Pinehouse Lake, Saskatchewan.
A site inspection during the biding period is not practical due
to winter conditions. Contractors are advised that soil
conditions at the site include significant quantities of loose
rock, large subsurface rocks are prevalent. Contractors are to
include any resultant work from the soil conditions and rock in
there pricing. No payment will be made, or claims accepted, for
any additional work due to soil conditions or rock. Photographs
of the levelled site prior to the addition of levelling fill are
provided for reference.
Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms
and special instructions which are available directly from the
MERX site.
It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
