Maurice Lamontagne Institute, Ste. Flavie, Quebec
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRED SERVICES
Provide, as and when needed, specialized labour, materials and
equipment to perform maintenance, renovation, alteration and
construction work in federal government buildings and
properties, Maurice Lamontagne Institute (Ste. Flavie, P.Q.) as
detailed in Annex "A" Statement of Work, dated October 2012,
apply to and form part of the Standing Offer.
PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER
The initial term for the Standing Offer is from April 1st, 2013
to March 31st, 2014 with two irrevocable option years of one
year each, from April 1st, 2014 to March 31st, 2015 and from
April 1st, 2015 to March 31st, 2016 that will be included in the
Request for a Standing Offer.
FINANCIAL LIMITATION
The total cost to Canada resulting from call-ups against the
Standing Offer must not exceed the sum of 310 000$ / year,
(Goods and Services Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax excluded) unless
otherwise authorized in writing by the Standing Offer Authority.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer to be respected before the issuance of the
Standing Offer.

OTHER INFORMATION
