who qualified under Tier " 1 " (= $0-$2M ) stream for 5.4
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply

Description of the requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), requires the services of a
contractor (hereafter referred to as the "Consultant") to
conduct additional soil delineation to confirm extents of soil
contamination at the Cove Island Light Station site. The
Consultant will also be required to provide site supervision at
the Cove Island Light Station of a contractor (separately
tendered by PWGSC) during:
1. Lead paint abatement at various site structures
2. Replacement or repair of windows from the Oil Shed, Workshop
and Boat Shed structures (damaged during previous work), and
3. Removal and offsite disposal of debris from the site,
including some non friable asbestos debris (all work enforced as
per the PWGSC specifications).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to
March 31, 2015
