Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a Contractor to develop and deliver its Online Permit (e-Permitting) Issuing Solution for Migratory Game Bird Hunting (MGBH) permits. Work also includes the hosting of the Solution and the operation of the Solution as a Web-based storefront service in addition to optional services that satisfies the requirements identified in this Statement of Work.
