The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Managed Utility Monitoring Solution (MUMS) that will provide Energy Managers with two core capabilities:
- It must collect, store, analyze and generate reports for Base utility meter consumption data; and
- It must collect, store, analyze and generate reports for Base utility bills.
DND has no legacy system for this capability.
The MUMS includes software procurement, implementation (installation, configuration & commissioning), maintenance & service support, and professional services elements that are necessary to support DND’s Business, Technical and User requirements.
This SRS includes the information normally found in a statement of requirement (SOR), a statement of work (SOW), and statement of performance levels.
