THE TENDER CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDE TO April 07, 2015 AT 2:00 PM EDT

Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by SSC. The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to its client the Treasury Board Secretariat.

The requirement of the resulting contract is for the supply and installation of an Integrated Videoconferencing Solution for the new office facilities located at 90 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON. The completed Integrated VC Solution is defined in Annex A – Statement of Work and its Appendixes. The deliverables include, but are not limited to: AV/VC Hardware, Licensed Software, user devices, and system administration and training.
It is intended to result in the award of a contract for 16 months, plus 1 two-year irrevocable option and 2 one-year irrevocable options, allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. Includes extended warranty provisions.
The requirement is articulated in the attached Statement of work.
