Procurement and Public Services Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the Emergency Response Supply of Flood Barrier Solutions. In an effort to optimize the outcome of the RFSO, this solicitation was preceded by a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI was a request for opinion and information from Industry experts with regard to the requirement as outlined in the RFSO. The feedback from Industry aided in the development of this RFSO.
