The CMHR wishes to understand its employees’ current state of involvement, commitment, and satisfaction with key facets of their work environment and experiences.

The CMHR employs about 200 employees; about 75% are unionized. While the CMHR was established in 2008, it only opened its doors in September 2014; therefore, more than 50% have less than one year of experience with the organization. This will be the first time the CMHR is administering a formal employee engagement survey.
