This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders listed below who pre-qualified under Tier 1, Stream 3 - Project Management Services Stream against the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZN-15TSPS).
More specifically, this requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders below who pre-qualified under the following category(ies):

To facilitate the process, Industry Canada has chosen to attach a copy of the RFP to this NPP to allow those suppliers who were not formally invited to bid on this requirement to submit a proposal should they wish to do so. Only suppliers listed on Annex A of this notice can submit a proposal (Suppliers listed in Annex A of this notice should hereby consider themselves invited to bid (there is no requirement for the suppliers listed in Annex A to further request to be added to the invited bidders list).
Note: Any resulting Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to this RFP will be posted on GETS as they are issued. No Q&A will be emailed directly to any suppliers. This list will not be updated if additional suppliers request copies of the bid solicitation.
Description of the Requirement:
Industry Canada requires the services of one (1) resource(s) to coordinate and respond to web content support enquiries raised by BizPaL partners and provide web content support to the BizPaL partnership. During the period of the contract, an additional resource may be needed on an “as and when” required basis for workload increases. The services will be required for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of contract award to August 22, 2017 with the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one year periods.
Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award, August 21, 2016 to August 22, 2017 with the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one year periods.
Security Requirements:
The consultant will require a “Reliability” clearance for the duration of the contract.
