The Assistant Deputy Minister (Review Services) (ADM(RS)) on behalf of DND has a requirement for data analytics services to support the delivery of internal audit assurance and advisory engagements using computer-assisted audit techniques. This includes support for continuous assurance engagements, using data analytics to improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control (GRC) within selected business processes department-wide. Data analysis, using enabling technologies, is required to assist the internal audit function to fulfill its responsibilities to evaluate and improve GRC processes. To support internal audit assurance and advisory activities, ADM(RS) is seeking a subject matter expert to provide advanced knowledge and expertise in the execution of data analytics.
