This procurement has been set aside under the Federal
Government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal business
(PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for annual
support and maintenance of a NAS. The firm requirement is from
March 31, 2012 to March 30, 2013 with an option to extend for
one (1) additional one (1) year period.

The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed
in the Request for Proposal document.

Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Proposal for the complete list.

The bidder must provide documentation that provides proof of
their authorization to provide support and maintenance on the
product(s) as specified in Annex A
Delivery Date: 31/03/2012

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
