This request for proposal (RFP) cancels and supersedes previous
RFP number W7714-135710/A dated 2012-09-13 with a closing of
2012-10-24 at 02:00 PM EST.

Requirement
The Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Centre for
Security Science (CSS) has a requirement for professional
support services as outlined in the Statement of Requirements at
Annex "A", on an 'as and when requested basis'.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Period of the Contract
The resulting contract will be in effect from the date of
issuance until March 31, 2015 and will include two (2) option
periods of twelve (12) months.
Basis of Selection
Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with
specific evaluation criteria. Bidders must obtain the required
minimum of the points for each rated criteria and an overall
passing mark.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point
will be recommended for award of a contract
