TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT
HRSDC is currently replacing the human resources management
component of their existing Corporate Management System (CMS).
The human resources management component of CMS (CMS-HR) is
under going a replacement with the Government of Canada standard
ERP solution for human resources management - Oracle PeopleSoft
HCM 9.1. The PeopleSoft project requires resources on an
as-and-when-required basis, with the intention of awarding up to
2 contracts through the TBIPS vehicle, in order to supply these
resources.

Eligibility to bid
This requirement is open to bidders who are:

A) Valid Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders pursuant to the Request
for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) Solicitation No. EN578-055605/D,
and

B) Tier 2 suppliers qualified for the following resource
categories:

i) A.1 Application/Software Architect (Level 3);
ii) A.3 ERP Programmer Analyst (Level 2);
iii) A.4 ERP System Analyst (Level 3); and
iv) A.5 Technical Analyst (Level 2 & 3).

This solicitation will result in the awarding of multiple
contracts.
