This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements of the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), 402 Squadron located at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba, to establish a standing offer for second-line maintenance of specialized avionics components and related Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) services in support of the CT142 Dash 8 fleet.
The work to be conducted under this SOW includes the following:
a. Inspection, repair, overhaul, modification, and/or reduction to spares of the CT142 Dash 8 aircraft specialized avionics components at the Offeror’s facility, on an as-and-when requested basis; and
b. Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) services in support of the CT142 Dash 8 aircraft avionics equipment, on an as-and-when requested basis.
The period of the standing offer will be for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for an additional two (2) - one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
