Solicitation documents will be sent via email as an attachment
to pre-qualified suppliers for Stream 5 for the TEMS SA.

The Department of National Defence requires the services of one
(1) Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist in
support for implementing the Tactical Armoured Patrol Vehicle
(TAPV) Procurement project. Under the In-Service Support
Contracting Framework (ISSCF) policy, ADM (Mat) is directing the
procurement of the support component for all Canadian Forces
platforms during the initial acquisition stage and the process.
All Land Procurement Projects necessitate the development of
similar Statement of Work (SOW), Data Item Description (DID) and
Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) in-line with this new
approach.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period
of one year with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the
Contract by up to three (3) additional one(1)-year periods.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

(a) This Bid Solicitation is issued against the TEMS Supply
Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070002, all terms and
conditions of the TEMS SA apply and shall be incorporated into
any resulting contract.
(b) The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC TEMS
Pre-qualified suppliers in all of the following TEMS SA Streams:
