Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) , Integrity Strategic Directions (ISD) directorate is seeking the services of a contractor to lead a project team to employ advanced analytic work in core programs such as Employment Insurance (EI), Old Age Security (OAS) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP). Through the utilization of the existing business intelligence tools, the critical outcome would be to develop a program that mines the administrative data systematically to uncover unusual patterns in the EI, OAS and CPP programs that could be fraud or wrongdoing.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award until March 31st, 2018.
Canada proposes to extend the period of the contract by one (1) one-year irrevocable option periods.
