Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued for a senior procurement consultant to undertake the development of CRA’s business requirements and provide recommendations/options analysis of its inventory of printed products as well as prepare business processes and business case going forward for alternate print service models.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to July 31, 2016, with two options to extend the period of the contract up to two (2) additional three (3) month periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the initial period of the contract will be for 60 (days)
