Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) requires the services of a Senior Procurement Specialist to support and provide strategic advice to the Director of the Strategic Procurement and Contracting Operations Division (SPCOD) on a variety of complex and sensitive issues with respect to procurement related functions within the Agency.
