This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream: 3.7 Procurement Specialist, Senior.
The objective is for Infrastructure Canada to obtain a resource to lead the procurement of significant two large IMIT professional services contracts to replace some contracts expiring in fiscal year 2021/22 as early as December 2021 as well as a number of smaller procurement projects as needed throughout the contract period. The Work will encompass the full procurement lifecycle including formulation of the procurement strategy, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, Evaluation Criteria development, support for bidders during the bid period, and support for bid evaluation leading to the selection of a supplier. The anticipated contract period will be from contract award (in April 2021) to May 25, 2022. Additional smaller procurement projects may also be required as needed throughout the contract period. (inclusive) as well as an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one (1) additional six-month period.
