Description of the Requirement:The objective of this requirement is to have senior, intermediate and junior procurement specialists, on an as-and-when-requested basis as defined through task authorizations, support both the Contracting Procurement Unit (CPU) deliver its mandate and the various branches and groups throughout the department in the development of their requirements by developing statements of work (SOW) and evaluation criteria.
