Description of the requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of Industry Canada for Help Desk Specialists (Level 1 and Level
2).
It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded to meet this
requirement.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period will be for one year from the date of
contract with irrevocable options to extend the contract period
for two additional one-year periods.
