The requirement includes the following 3 instruments, and maintenance and support services for 12 months:
1. One Element XR sector-field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (072472)
2. One Neptune plus High Resolution Multicollector ICP-MS (0746521)

3. Criteria for assessment of the Statement of Capabilities
Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that its equipment meets the following requirements:
-The Element XR sector-field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer must deliver:
- Mass resolution of 10,000 or better
- Dynamic range of 12 orders of magnitude
- Software compatibility with existing Element2 instrument’s methods/procedures and data files
