CanmetENERGY, Natural Resources Canada, in Devon, Alberta,
requires a computer-controlled bench-top collision/reaction cell
inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometer (also known
as ICP-tandem MS or ICP-MS/MS) in order to meet their current
and future research and analytical needs.
All system components must be suitable for the analysis of
metals in a wide range of sample types, including total
dissolved solids (TDS) of up to 2 wt%, trace metals in high salt
water samples, fusion samples, and acid digests.
All system components must be completely compatible and be
controlled from a single computer software program. Full
on-site installation and set-up must be included.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
2014.
Offerors must submit a list of names , or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
