To supply and install an Elemental Stable Isotope-Ratio Mass
Spectrometer (IRMS) System in accordance with the Specifications
as detailed in the Request for Proposal for Environment Canada,
National Water Research Institute, Saskatoon, SK. The contractor
must also provide training.
It is desirable that delivery be completed by 31 December 2012.
It is MANDATORY that delivery, installation & training be
completed by 31 March 2013.
