Title: ICP-OES Spectrometer

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for
the supply, delivery, installation and training for one (1)
Simultaneous Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission
Spectromoter (ICP-OES). The system must included:
i) a bench-top ICP-OES instrument with dual views (Axial and
Radial) and Solid-state detector(s);
ii) an autosampler to allow samples to be run automatically; and
iii) a software system to control the instrument and analyze
and report the resutls.

detailed the Compliance Matrix

Delivery is to the NRC in Edmonton, alberta on or before January
15, 2016. The installatin and training must be coordinated with
NRC Project Authority and completed on or before March 31, 2016.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
