The RAMAN spectrometer hardware must:
- have proven capacity to detect Raman spectra from blood and/or cell pellets, cell lysates (provide references or other reported results)
- minimal set up time 100 spectras/day)
- Capable of performing simple preprocessing steps i.e fluorescence removal, cosmic ray removal, baseline correction
