The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery for one (1) new high performance research spectrophotometer system that will be used for the determination of fluorescence and absorbance spectra of dissolved organic matter in surface and soil extracted water samples. This data will be used in the creation of 3D-Excitation Emission Matrices of fluorescence and to create absorbance spectra for use in characterization of dissolved organic matter chemistry. The system must have the ability to run multiple samples without user intervention (auto sampling) and complete both absorbance and fluorescence measurements from the same sample.
The requirement is to be delivered to Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. Remote support for installation and training are required.
