The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC) Grain Laboratory Department, Oilseeds Unit, has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training of one Ultra Violet (UV)-Visible spectophotometer including autosampler/sipper, flow cell(s) and operating and analysis software for CGC supplied computer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
Only bids submitted using epost Connect service will be accepted. The Bidder must send an email requesting to open an epost Connect conversation to the following address:

Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address.
