Description of the requirement:

The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat requires a business transformation architect to produce a strategy & roadmap for the implementation of a common Citizen Engagement Platform for the Government of Canada (GC) which will deliver consistency across the Government of Canada (GC) to develop, manage and report on external engagement opportunities with stakeholders on program, policy and legislative topics.

The Service and GC 2.0 Policy and Community Enablement Division requires the development of a strategy & roadmap for the renewal of internal GC intranets, the development of a common GC intranet for use by departments that will act as a streamlined repository for departmental content and the integration of the renewed intranet with GC 2.0 collaborative tools (GCpedia & GCconnex).

Each Roadmap will be able to stand on its own but there will be synergies and benefits to all to having both Roadmaps created in an integrated manner.

The contract period is from Contract Award to May 15, 2015.
