Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M) for the Applications Services Stream.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the category:

A.1. Application/Software Architect – Level 3

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a senior Application/Software Architect, on an as and when required basis, to work with Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) team members as well as DND organizations to design and implement solutions required to fully realize the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) goal of the department. Specifically, enhancements of the XML based dynamic forms capability, expansion of the local administration functionality based on web services, supporting and enhancing the reporting engine, improving the portal integration and capability, providing WEB application expertise and guidance to the project, and the design, implementation and maintenance of data encryption capability. All work must incorporate seamless and transparent security integration.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to one (1) year later with four (4) one-year option periods.
