Full description

Elections Canada (EC) has a requirement under Work Stream 4 of the Task Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement (TBIPS), for two L3 business analysts. The selected resource will review the current and proposed legislative changes to the Canada Elections Act, Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act and the Privacy Act and determine their impact on current and future information technology solutions. Further, the selected resource will document and develop business requirements documents, gap analyses and use cases that will demonstrate current and proposed changes to the functionality used in various systems as well as develop logical design documentation that will be used by developers to devise a detailed design and implement the required changes to the affected systems. The selected resource will be required to develop a broad range of deliverables as described below.

The resource will also be required to review reports currently generated by various applications, notably REVISE 3.0 and FRMS and analyze new requirements to change existing reports or to create new reports.
