Description of Work:
The Digital Communications Division (DCD) within the Communications and Public Affairs Branch at Health Canada is seeking expertise in the area of Digital Web Programming (coders), Digital Web Development (publishers), and Digital Web Graphic Designers (designers), to carry out and deliver ongoing digital publishing support to our program clients on an as required basis.
Resources under the following three streams will be required “on an as is and when required” basis over a period of one (1) year with four (4) optional years. The minimum number of qualified resources, as indicated, must remain available in all three (3) streams throughout the duration of the contract(s) in order for HC to respond quickly to urgent demands.
TBIPS A.14 Web Developer- Level 1 = up to 6 resources
TBIPS A.7 Programmer/Analyst- Level 2 = 1 resource
TBIPS A.15 Web Graphics Designer- Level 2 = 1 resource
Task Authorizations (TA) will be issued against the Service Outline Agreement to support the various digital communications initiatives and/or to support regular digital publishing services. Multiple TAs may be in process at any given time; as such, resources may be working on several concurrent projects and/or activities.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
