High level business requirements exist that articulates the need of the border technology platforms. The Platform Analysts will use the high-level business requirements and the related policies on the use of border technologies as guiding documentation, and if required, the Platform analyst will test the capability of system components at the CBSA test facility to validate a design. In addition, the platform analyst will produce a series of documents to aid in the procurement, and installation of various border technology systems. The work is expected to be performed on CBSA premises, inside and outside facilities located in the National Capital Region. The proposed resources may be required to travel across Canada to other CBSA facilities.
