Nature of Requirements:

This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work Stream Project Management Services against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) EN578-055605.The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for professional project management services in implementing a new Food Services Information Management System (FSIMS). This is a multiyear project that will deliver standardized inventory control, recipe and menu management, and project scheduling and control capabilities to CSC’s institutions.

Objectives:
To complete the planning phase of the FSIMS project, and manage the execution and closeout phases.

Deliverables:
The deliverables that the Contractor’s resource must produce include, but are not limited to, the following:

1) Project Management Plan (PMP);
2) Integrated Project Plan (IPP);
3) Project Action, Issue, Risk, and Change Logs;
4) Project Status Reports and Dashboards;
5) Steering Committee Records of Decision; and
6) Project Closure Report.

Contract Period:
From contract award date to one (1) year later and two (2) option periods of six (6) months.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
