Description of Work:
The objective of this engagement is to implement a CRM solution to manage audits and follow-ups to audits.
This solution will be part of, and integrate with, a suite of other CRM solutions already implemented to support other OLA enforcement business processes.
Some initial work has already been completed, such as the business case, project planning, system requirements, data diagrams, security model and others.
The remaining work consists mostly of executing on the preparatory work already completed and actually implementing the technology, as well as preparing any related documentation and providing some basic project management.
The work is not currently being performed by company under contract.
