Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Department of National Defence and the
Canadian Forces (DND/CF).

DND/CF has a requirement for resources in the following
Categories of Personnel and levels:

Business Analyst - Level 2
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant - Level 2

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall
be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces (DND/CF)
requires Contractor services to support the identification,
development and analysis of business, user, and functional and
non-functional requirements in support of the Military Personnel
Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) Project.

It is anticipated that a maximum of two contracts will be
awarded for this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract(s) will be for 15 months
with Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the
contract(s) for up to 2 additional 4-month periods.
