Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Department of National Defence and the
Canadian Forces (DND/CF).

DND/CF has a requirement for resources in the following Resource
Categories and levels:

Enterprise Architect - Level 3;
ERP Technical Analyst - Level 2; and
ERP Functional Analyst - Level 2.

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall
be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces (DND/CF)
requires Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) to
support the Military Personnel Management Capability
Transformation (MPMCT) Project's Solution Delivery Team which
designs and develops solution architecture for the Final
Operational Capability (FOC) of the Military Personnel
Management (MPM) Solution to develop the preliminary
architecture and design of the MPM Solution; to develop system
requirements specifications, testing strategy and high level
test plans for the MPM Solution; and to obtain application
support services to meet the objectives of the MPMCT Project.

It is anticipated that a maximum of three contracts will be
awarded for this requirement, one for each of its Workstreams.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contracts will be for 1 year with
Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract for
up to 2 additional 1-year periods.
