Description of Work:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) is seeking professional services on an “as and when requested” basis to perform assessment, planning, implementation and advisory services with respect to DFO’s Data Strategy. The contractor must provide methodologies, processes, project planning, strategic advice to carry out:
Assess change readiness in DFO
Development of a change management strategy for the Departmental Data Strategy
Internal communication and engagement services; and
Strategic advisory services;
Other work related to the Data Strategy that may be required on an as needed basis.
