This requirement is for: Citizenship and Immigration Canada
(CIC)
CIC has a requirement for the following Workstreams of
categories:
Workstream 1 - GCMS/eServices Testing; and
Workstream 2 - GCMS/eServices Architecture;
The requirement for Workstream 1 - GCMS/eServices Testing is
open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding
a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National Capital Region under the
EN578-055605/D series of SAs for the following categories:

Description of the requirement:
CIC has a requirement for informatics professional resource
categories to provide support services to assist with CIC's
Global Case Management System (GCMS).
Workstream 1 - GCMS/eServices Testing: The scope of this
requirement is for a selection of testing support service
categories for Siebel and other integrated technical components,
to be provided on an "as and when requested" basis in Ottawa.
IM/IT services will be provided in support of the GCMS/eServices
Portfolio.
Workstream 2 - GCMS/eServices Architecture: The scope of this
requirement is for a selection of architecture support services
categories, to be provided on an "as and when requested" basis
in Ottawa. IM/IT services will be provided in support of GCMS.
It is anticipated that up to two contracts for each Workstream
will be awarded to meet this requirement.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period will be for three years from the date of
contract with an irrevocable option to extend the contract
period for up to two additional one-year periods.
