Description of the requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the services of 10 categories of resources to provide "as and
when requested" professional services to perform day-to-day
in-service support activities to the RDM and Collaboration
solutions deployed within DND, including surge activities on the
Defence Wide Area Network (DWAN) and the Classified Domain.
Proposed period of contract:
It is anticipated that up to two Contracts will be awarded, each
for a period of three years, with Canada retaining irrevocable
options to extend each resulting Contract for up to two
additional one-year periods.
