Description of the requirement:
This requirement is for the provision of three (3) Operations
Support Specialist, level 1, on an "as and when requested"
basis, to provide assistance to the Base Telecommunication and
Information Services (BTIS) section of the Base Technical
Services (BTS) Branch of the Canadian Forces Support Training
Group (CFSTG) in supporting their increasing demands for IT
services at CFB Borden, due to the continuing transition of the
support trades training towards electronic based learning
methods.
Up to three (3) contracts may be awarded.
Bidders can submit one (1), two (2) or three (3) resources for
the Operations Support Specialist category. Bidders must not
propose the same resource twice.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period will be for 1 year from the date of contract
with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up
to 4 additional 1 year periods.
