More specifically, this requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who pre-qualified under the following categories:

P.13 Independent IT Project Review Team Leader (Level 3); and
P.14 Independent IT Project Reviewer (Level 3)

Description of the Requirement:

The Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications (SITT) sector, more specifically the Spectrum Management Operations Branch, requires the services of a qualified supplier having qualified resources trained under the Treasury Board Chief Information Officer Branch (CIOB) Independent Review Program (IRP) Methodology to conduct reviews and assessment of the Spectrum Applications Modernization – Commercial Software Implementation (SAM-CSI) project. The SAM-CSI project is currently in the Execution phase (Stage 4 of Industry Canada Project Management & Stage Gate Framework) and is now required to complete a fourth, fifth and sixth independent reviews to provide assurance and evidence that high-impact risks have been effectively mitigated.

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award (tentative start date is November 2014) to March 31, 2016, with services required on an as needed basis.
