DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the resources that will be performing the external audits that include the preparation of Management Letters, finding review of internal controls along with recommendations for improvement of those seven Non Public Property Entities/Components.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The period of the Contract will be from the contract award to one year later inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year option periods under the same conditions.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. In the event two or more responsive bids have the same lowest evaluated price, the responsive bid that obtained the highest overall score for all the point rated technical criteria subject to point rating will be recommended for award of a contract.
